Good landlordship law
New regulations for landlords and rental agents have been in effect since July 1, 2023.
For instance, you may only use the space for living purposes, we may only enter your home in emergencies, special situations, or with your permission, and the maximum annual rent increase percentage is specified. The law also outlines where you can address complaints or conflicts.
